Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of precise architectural drawings, layouts, and technical blueprints (2D Design).
- Develop high-quality, realistic 3D renderings and visualizations for interior and exterior projects.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop concepts that meet client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Prepare design presentations and documentation for client meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and 3D visualization work is required.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, or 3ds Max).
- Attributes: A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
