Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee on-site project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and the design team to ensure seamless execution.
- Enforce strict adherence to international safety protocols and Saudi building codes.
- Manage the procurement and quality control of construction materials.
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Project Engineer on residential or commercial construction sites.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software (e.g., MS Project), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, material specifications, and quality standards.
